Objectives, activities and expected/achieved results:

MOLDIFLEX is a company operating in the sector of manufacturing dies (cutting dies) and flexographic products (stamps) for the graphic arts sector. The company is present in the national market and also in external markets such as Angola and Spain. The company was created to fill a gap in the national market in creating solutions in this line, with the market previously relying mostly on Spanish companies.

MOLDIFLEX intends to achieve the following results:

  • Develop new products, prioritizing innovation, design and quality;
  • Increase the number of clients (national and international) by 5%;
  • Increase national and international turnover by 33%;
  • Consolidate the research and development strategy through partnerships with Universities/Technological Centers;
  • Enter new markets not previously included, with expansion planned to three new international markets: France, Morocco and Egypt;
  • Adapt the organization to the new ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard;
  • Certify the organization at the environmental level ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System (EMS);
  • Increase the number of employees by 2, with a qualification level above 6.
