Flexographic Plates
Flexographic Plates
The flexographic plate is a product used in the field of flexography for printing on various types of substrates, and from this point onward can be classified as follows:
Each type of solution (liquid, solid and digital photopolymer) has its application and advantages in each of the substrates mentioned above.
Liquid
Liquid photopolymer plates are especially suitable for printing corrugated cardboard. Due to their low hardness they adapt to the cardboard, providing unmatched ink coverage compared with other hardness levels. If necessary, the plate can be produced with capping, ensuring excellent quality in screens and fine lines.

Solid (Analog/Digital)
Solid plates manufactured by Moldiflex are intended for flexographic printing with high requirements for print quality and durability. They are mainly used for printing flexible packaging and labels, and in higher gauges can also be adapted for corrugated cardboard printing. Dot reproduction from 1% to 95% on the analog plate and from 1% to 98% on the digital plate.
